Trick or Treat Trail Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By selecting a sponsorship opportunity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Sponsorship Commitment: My sponsorship supports LC Nature Park's 2026 Trick or Treat Trail and helps offset the costs of providing this free community event.

Recognition: Sponsorship benefits and recognition will be provided according to the selected sponsorship level. To be included in printed promotional materials, payment and any required logos must be received by the published sponsorship deadline. Event Changes: LC Nature Park reserves the right to modify the event date, schedule, activities, or format as circumstances require, including due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Sponsorship benefits will be honored to the greatest extent reasonably possible.

Use of Names and Logos: By submitting this form, I authorize LC Nature Park to use my organization’s name and logo for sponsorship recognition related to the Trick or Treat Trail unless otherwise requested in writing.

Right to Decline: LC Nature Park reserves the right to decline or terminate any sponsorship that is determined to be inconsistent with the organization's mission, values, or policies.
