LC Nature Park is open on Saturdays, starting May 9th – October 31st!

LC Nature Park will be closed Saturday, October 3. This week is our annual Evening on the Prairie fundraiser, and we’re giving our hardworking staff and volunteers Saturday off as a small thank-you for all they do to make the park special. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll come visit us when we reopen next Saturday, October 10!

Time: 9am – 4pm

Cost: $7/person, kids 3 and under free | Members get in free | +$5 per person for a safari bus ticket for all visitors including members

Guided Hikes: 9:30 am, 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

Safari Bus Tours: 10 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm.

The only way to walk or ride the Dune Forest or River trails is by joining a Guided Hike or Safari Bus Tour, as a guide is required at all times while on these trails.

No pre-registration allowed, tour tickets available 1 hour before tour starts

Please note that day-of schedule is subject to change. Also different summer hours are in effect from Memorial Day through Labor Day, so be sure to check the specific day you are coming on the website, for the correct hours and schedule.
