Saturday Sprouts

Saturday Sprouts is a new 2026 program aimed for children ages preschool through first grade and includes a story, a craft, and a snack centered around a different theme each month. It’s a hands-on way for young kids to learn, create, and enjoy time in the environment.

Our Saturday Sprouts program in May will explore the fascinating world of pond life, inviting young learners to discover the creatures and ecosystems that thrive in and around the water. This engaging session features a frog themed craft that encourages creativity and hands on fun, along with a story time centered on a book that brings these habitats to life. To round out the experience, children will enjoy a themed snack connected to the day’s activities. Through stories, crafting, and sensory experiences, this program is designed to spark curiosity about nature while creating a fun and memorable learning environment.
