Park Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups half and half or whole milk

  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup chopped dark or milk chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped cream, and lots more for serving

  • flaky salt

Instructions:

1. Add the milk, chocolate chips, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt to a small pot. Place over medium-low heat and stir until the milk is scalding but not boiling. Stir in the whipped cream

2. Once the hot cocoa is steaming, whisk it well, then pour it into a mug and dollop with whipped cream - a lot of whipped cream. Drink and enjoy!
