Take a self-guided hike!

Don’t miss Indiana Wild! (Mills Edu Center)
Indiana Wild celebrates human-animal cultural connections through live animal programs. Most of their animal ambassadors were someone’s pet or zoo surplus animals. Learn about conservation and how to be a responsible animal steward.
Nature Crafts-The Natural World is Your Pallet
Work with art supplies that nature provides! We're Clay Tree Faces, Floating Nature Boats and Stick Weaving. Joining us will be the Wassenberg Art Center and master weaver Jayne Smith! Boats made out of seed pods or bark can float around with a breeze and sculpt your own individual clay tree creature!
Get Your Hands on our Touch Table
Ever wished you should pet a bison or touch an elk’s antlers? Now you can! Get up close and personal with hides, antlers, and bones from these majestic animals. Learn about their behaviors, habitat, and how they contribute to our ecosystem. This interactive experience will leave you with a deeper appreciation for these incredible creatures.
