COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Please refer to posted guidelines at MEC. If you have questions regarding our current guidelines, please email us.

PLEASE BE AWARE

Depending on the time of year and recent weather conditions the trails may be wet and muddy. Water is regularly flowing down Carol Creek. There are no shelters on the trails to protect you from the sun or rain. Please dress appropriately. We recommend pants, long sleeves, hats, closed-toe waterproof shoes, or hiking boots. We also recommend the use of sunscreen.

Weather in Indiana can be unpredictable. We may need to cancel or rearrange a tour. If there are questions concerning your visit, please call (260) 999-3153 (Even if it’s the morning of the visit.)

You may come into contact with biting, flying, and stinging insects (mosquitoes, bees, ticks, flies, etc.) at LCNP. The use of bug spray is encouraged.

All animals in LCNP are wild and should not be approached, handled, or fed.

Restroom facilities and a drinking fountain are available in the Mills Education Center.

PARKING

As you approach the Mills Education Center, you will see parking on the right side of the driveway. Cars may pull up into the roundabout to drop off passengers before parking in a designated space.
